Deliveries to Canada take on average 2-10 days to arrive, from Ontario. Deliveries to other countries will take longer. To increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by the delivery company. If the product has not been delivered after 30 days from purchase date, Grey Birch will issue a refund and pursue insurance claims with the carrier.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. All packages are shipped using tracked expedited service through Canada Post.
SPECIFIC SHIPPING AND PROCESSING POLICIES
1. OUR GOAL IS TO SHIP TWICE PER WEEK. WE ARE A SMALL OPERATION AND SHIPPING DAYS WILL BE AD HOC. IN SOME CASES, SHIPPING MAY BE DELAYED UP TO 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS.
2. TRACKING NUMBERS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY SENT ONCE THE ORDER IS PROCESSED. PLEASE NOTE, THE TRACKING NUMBER WILL NOT ALWAYS BE UPDATED IMMEDIATELY. IT CAN TAKE TIME FOR CANADA POST TO REGISTER THE PACKAGE IN THEIR SYSTEM.
3. RETURNS – ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE OF ANY KIND WITH YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US AT SALES@GREYBIRCHSOLUTIONS.COM. WE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO ENSURE YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE.
Please note that customers outside Canada shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges.
Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
