For all warranty and support issues, please direct all inquiries to the support page.  Please fill out the form and you will be contacted directly from our support team within 24 hours. We will troubleshoot the support issues directly with the customer, and if the product is deemed to have a manufacturer defect, Grey Birch will cover shipping both ways, to and from the customer.

Grey Birch stands behind our products. Grey Birch Solutions Inc warrants to you that if any product sold by Grey Birch Solutions Inc and used for its intended use ever becomes defective, Grey Birch Solutions Inc will repair or replace the product at no charge, other than shipping. For all warranty and customer support issues, please fill out the warranty form at www.greybirchsolutions.com.
